Happy Daddy's Day!

Cherish and "Da da!" She loves to be held by her da da. If he walks in the room she immediately thinks he is supposed to come pick her up...which is the case most of the time. And if by chance he doesn't or can't, she is sure to protest! One of the hardest times of the day for our family is when Daddy has to leave to go to work. The girls can sense it's about to happen and lets just say its pitiful. But we are ALL thankful when he gets home. He is a loved Da da! We had a crazy non stop but Happy Father's Day!

Clay had more of the Father's Day weekend

with many surprises throughout.

He had a scavenger hunt to find a gift

that the girls helped with. After lots of searching

and some "hints," I always give in at this kind of stuff...

He found it. It was a ton of fun!

I thank my Lord for such a wonderful and loving Daddy for my girls.

He couldn't have blessed them more. Chastity and Cherish will never have to wonder if they are loved by their Daddy...they feel and live it everyday as He shows and tells them!

-Thank you Lord, I know not every little girl has that special privilege.

This picture is an old one (it makes her look chubby b/c she was squeezing so tight!), but I think it is one of the absolute best to show the love Chas has for her Daddy. First let me set the scene... We are at Happy China, which if you don't know, is the best Chinese restaurant ever. It takes a few times to get hooked. But Daddy got our family hooked a few years ago as it has always been his favorite. And of course it is Chastity's favorite now too. If ever you ask her when we are home where she wants to go eat... you guessed it...she will say "Happy China!" Next this was her doing on her own. She says she was squeezing Daddy's stuffins out and give him "ALL HER LOVINS!" How precious is that? I don't think he ever has to wonder if he is loved either between us 3 girls!

Clay--thanks for being a great Daddy to our precious girls. You are loved!!!

The BEACH!!!!

Well, we hated leaving Clay behind (he had to stay and work), but we had a nice refreshing week at the beach with my family (Maw Maw, Granddaddy, Uncle Tommy, Aunt Krystal & Brodie). I can't help but sit in awe when I'm at the beach, at what the Lord has created -if not for anyone but me. It must run in my blood, for there is no place I'd rather be. And I must say I think my girls are close to being just as in love as I am! Both Chastity and Cherish loved playing out in the sand, watching -the waves of the ocean, dolphins, pelicans, sea gulls, sand fiddlers or searching for crabs. Here are a few of our vacation pictures...more to come later!
